Proactivity at yakha means taking initiative and responsibility on your own. By being proactive, we not only react to events, but actively influence them, which allows us to actively pursue our goals and grow personally. 

Customer orientation  
At yakha we actively listen to our partners, offer individual tailored made training and continuously work on the improvement of our service. We guide our partner companies in identifying the exact IT profile needed, creating a customized learning plan and selecting suitable individuals. We are in close contact with our partner company representatives and with our talent throughout the project to ensure long-term success.

We love learning! Because in a constantly changing and advancing society, lifelong learning is crucial. By being willing to continuously acquire new skills and knowledge, individuals remain relevant and adaptable in an evolving work environment. Continuing education makes it possible to keep up with the latest developments, take advantage of professional opportunities, and promote personal growth.

Are you flexible? We hope that! Because flexibility is necessary to adapt to changing requirements and situations. Flexibility creates room for action and opens up new opportunities. Sustainability 
What does sustainability mean at yakha? Responsibility. Securing the future. Wholeness. We have a paperless office as far as possible, minimize waste and support recycling programs, also and especially in the area of computer hardware. Our (few) printed products are produced in a Co2-neutral manner, and we always pay attention to the ecological aspect of all purchases.
