Through our assessments and discussions with you, we learn more about  you and your IT potential and you get to know us and our partner organization. In this way , we can assure each other that the common path is the right path for everyone involved.

It is important that the partner organization (as your future employer) and you are a good match, i.e. that you feel comfortable with each other.

As soon as you have decided in favour of us and we (with the partner organization) have chosen you, let's get started: We'll develop your IT talent together!

In the intensive training phase (typically two to three months), you will learn all the basics of the IT skills relevant to your future position and the first practical applications. Learning takes place in a group with other trainees.

In addition to the IT theory, we support your development with Soft Skills trainings (e.g. communication). Moreover, you will always be accompanied by our team and can rely on the help of our experienced coaches.


Even for your wallet, there is a great advantage: Besides the opportunity for the very attractive salaries in the IT industry, the training phase does not cost you anything.

  • Putting your new skills and knowledge into practice
  • Learning-by-doing - supported by experienced colleagues
  • Continuous support by yakha

Typically, starting in the third or fourth month you will really get started in the day-to-day of your new dream job for one year. "On-the-Job" you will learn the IT practice from experienced colleagues - directly on site at our partner company (=your potential future employer). During this time, you will be remunerated according to the BAP collective agreement (plus possibly industry or non-tariff surcharges) with an annual salary of at least €30,000.

The learning successes during this time are particularly intensive, because they make you a real IT expert.

The partner company and you decide how to proceed afterwards. The chances of being taken on are usually very, very good at over 90%.
