We know that we don’t (or can’t) know everything in the broad and fast-moving field of IT. We therefore benefit from our network of experienced cooperation partners. This enables us to cover a broader range of important IT departments with the highest quality according to the individual requirements of the partner companies and to map a larger range of training courses.
Bundesarbeitgeberverbandes der Personaldienstleister e.V. (BAP)
We are member of the Federal Association of Employers in the Personnel Services (Bundesarbeitgeberverband der Personaldienstleister e.V. or BAP). BAP membership is a quality promise to our partner companies and employees as only personnel service providers approved by the Federal Employment Agency are allowed to participate.
Our commitment to fairness and transparency is demonstrated by our pledge to adhere to the association’s code of conduct. As a member, we have access to various events, working groups, and seminars that deal with current developments in the field of personnel services.
This keeps us up to date and allows us to benefit from the experiences and best practices of other companies. Additionally, BAP offers its members the opportunity to participate in the development of position papers, statements, and draft legislation. Here, we can contribute our expertise and experience, actively participating in the further development of labor law.

The association, that believes anyone (or woman) can become a web professional, develops and standardizes the relevant job descriptions based on market and employer analyses, among other things.
Our trainees benefit from the annually reviewed and updated training content and certifications, e.g. in the areas of front end development (e.g. SASS & Bootstrap), back end development (e.g. Java Script) and system administration (e.g. Linux).

Stephanie Salecker
As a top coach, leadership expert and confidence enthusiast, Stephanie Salecker supports us in particular in the area of soft skills training. The founder and training manager of SolutionSurfers Germany has been a passionate solution-oriented coach, trainer and consultant for many years. After her time at McKinsey, she has been focusing on her passion, solution-oriented short-term coaching, since 2016. She supports yakha with top-class soft skills training, especially in the areas of resilience, communication, problem solving and centered leadership. In addition, we benefit from her many years of experience as a coach for executives and top talents.

yakha and PC-College work together in partnership when it comes to supplementing the yakha curricula selectively with substantial special training courses with a focus on network technology and cyber security. PC-College has stood for first-class IT training since 1985 and has the necessary resources to ensure consistently high quality thanks to a strong regional presence.

In the field of agile methods, especially SCRUM, we work together with I-am-I as a cooperation partner. The correct use of agile methods supports the efficient, targeted and at the same time flexible way of working in companies and contributes to the company’s success. Developers in particular benefit in their daily work from being able to react flexibly to requirements, changing framework conditions and problems with methods such as SCRUM.
