Before you start the adventure of your lateral entry into the field of IT with motivation, courage and joy, we would like to get to know you a bit and give you the opportunity to learn more about us. You can start your IT career by providing us with your data via the application form for the traineeship that appeals to you most. After that, the process of getting to know each other begins.
You can complete the yakha online assessment from the comfort of your own home – whenever you want. The assessment consists of various sections and tests certain strengths that you need as an IT specialist and career changer.

In the Digital Skills Assessment, we analyze your IT- affinity and your potential for development in this area very precisely. Even though you don’t need any previous IT experience for the traineeship at yakha, we look at the existing IT skills and your natural aptitude for IT. The focus, however, is primarily on the analysis of your development potential with regard to the lateral entry into IT.
The Digital Skills Assessment takes about 5.5 hours and is accompanied by one of our IT trainers – either at our offices or virtually in a video call. This way you already get to know one of the trainers as well as potential other trainees.

If you feel comfortable with each other, the course is set for a long-term, successful cooperation.

As soon as we have completed this process together and all the formalities have been clarified, you can start your career change into IT as a trainee at yakha and learn the theory and practice of your new dream job in a very short time. After a few weeks, your training-on-the-job at our partner company begins.
